Seniors BEING A CLASS made up of students of which very few entered Elon ' s gates together as Freshmen, our early memories of Elon aren ' t at all diversified. During the war years, numerous faces disappeared from the ranks of Elon students and have slowly drifted back to form the Class of 48. During the past two years, we have come to know each other, share our ideas, and acquire a feeling of unity. Now, we are leaving again but this time for a different and more profitable purpose. Yes, Our Day, the day that we have looked forward to so long has finally come. With a mingled feeling of regret and happiness, we will now step from the role of a college student into a world awaiting us and our contributions.
