Seniors Sally George, President, Karl Taylor, Vice President, Pat Simpson, Secretary-Treasurer. ln September of 1952, 54 very frightened little freshmen entered the halls of ECHS. That year we elected Mack Street as President, Ada jones as Vice President, and Bernard Snider as Secretary-Treasurer. We also sponsored an all-school party which we all enjoyed. In 1953, 53 of us entered as sophomores in the new school building. This year we elected George Whitney as President, Dick Eccles as Vice President, Carla Haines as Secretary-Trea- surer, and Diane Butterfield as Reporter. In 1954, 47 of us were juniors. This year we elected Karl Taylor as President, Carla Haines as Vice President, Diane Butterfield as Secretary-Treasurer, and Vonda Archibald as Reporter. This was our first really big year in high school. On November 19, 1955, we gave our play, A DATE WITH JUDY, which was a huge success. It was also our job to sponsor the Prom which we called Moonlight Gardens. It was a delightful evening and a complete success. This is our last year in ECHS. We are 48 in number, the largest so far to graduate from ECHS. This year we elected Sally George as President, Karl Taylor as Vice President, Pat Simpson as Secretary-Treasurer, and Larry Cox as Reporter. This is our biggest year in school and many important things have taken place. On October 7 we initiated the freshmen, which proved to be a delightful pastime. On October 27, we sponsored a Chili Supper and Stunt Night as a part of the Homecoming Celebration. The evening was a big success. The following evening was the Homecoming game and dance. Although it rained for the game, there was a record crowd at the dance. March 23 brought our play which was a complete success in spite of a few details which were slightly out of line. We spent a day at Galesburg Library in doing research for our Lorado Taft Essays. Mrs. Hart and Mrs. Bickford accompanied us. Baccalaureate was held on May 27 with the Presbyterian Church in charge of the service. Class Day was held the following afternoon, May 28. Then on May 31, Graduation came and we Seniors were, as our motto stated, Out of School Life, into Life's School. FACULTY FEEDING THEIR FACES CHEF?
