I saw her the other day and she says she likes it fine. Bob England is manager of a pool hall in Yates City and even though it is a small place he seems to be making lots of money. Curly is manager of the Bourgoin Monument Co., in Galesburg, as we always expected him to be. They say he is as big a woman hunter as ever. Thomas Cooley is a very successful musician. He is directing one of the largest bands in the U. S., and is also a distinguished composer? . Pauline has been nursing in Chicago since her graduation from Northwestern. There is a report of her engagement to some handsome young man whom she has been caring for dur- ing the last four months and we all suppose it is true. James Voorhees is managing a cream and poultry station at Fairview, where he is con- sidered the big butter and egg man. Of course you know that Lois Carter is known everywhere as the greatest comedian of the day? Charles Manock is coaching at the New H'igh School at Edwards. He is quite elated over himselff' P Virginia Bailey has been teaching Elocution and Dramatic Art in the Peoria Manual High School for the last four years. They say she is a wonderful teacher and is well-liked by everyone. She has at last found the man she was always searching for, the coach at M. H. Sf' And of course we cannot forget that Eldon is the most noted orator of the day, and is called the Vtfebster of 194-Of' Norman Clark is a very distinguished real estate agent. They say he has made barrels of money. John Lindsey has pepped up since high school days and is now the manager of a fashion- able Night Club in Peoria. I1ola'Yates has been working for the last few years in Peoria. She is now a stenographer at the Peoria Star oiiicef' . Alfred Miles is a very well-known agent for the Peoria Life Insurance Company. He has written more policies since he has been with the company than all the rest of the agents . put together. Mildred Krisher is working in a department store in Bushnell. Rumor says she is engaged. Paul Fussner has become very good in scientific work. He has recently proved that there are people living on all the other planets, and is now trying to find a way in which we may go from one planet to another. John Hart cannot be forgotten, as he is now the Governor of Illinois. He is the young- est person ever elected to this ofiice and is rapidly proving how worthy he is of his position. ' unior History The Junior Class registered for the Freshmen year with thirty-two members. In our Sophomore year we numbered twenty-three. Rena Boyle joined us, and Roger Tarpy, who has been with us from the first grade, left us. With Miss Croker as adviser, we soon organized, and our class motto is, Sail On , our class flower, the white carnationg and our class colors, silver and blue. This year Miss Babbitt was our class adviser. She coached the Junior Class Play, When a Feller Needs a Friend . Our officers are: President ........ ......
