We accom- plished something when we elected Richard Roemmelt, Presidentg Nancy Ken- nedy, V ce-Presidentg Grant Pealer, Treasurer, Hope Smith, Secretary. As Freshies we were quite active, despite our titanic struggles. In your Sophomore year we elected Tom Sullivan, Nancy Kennedy, Grace Quinn, and John Sullivan to the offices of President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer. Skating parties and carnivals were the highlights of our second year. ig Donning the traditional red andvwhite, we proudly chose John Sullivan, June Curran, Joyce Hanlon and Thad Carpenter as officers. On Junior Day j' we had the privilege of hearing Father Schwab. In the evening we held the Jun- A ior Prom with Virginia Knuth and NValter Cornell as co-chairmen. J At last we are Seniors! Like old veterans we proceeded with the ritual S of election. Roderick Prechtl, Joyce Hanlon, Thad Carpenteiiand June Curran were installed. Then we really got going! One of the most popular events of the ii year was the Student Council Carnival with Roderick Prechtl and Joyce Hanlon reigning ras King and Queen. In January Alice Diveny and Tom Iszard were co- chairmerf for the Torch Dance. Sweet memories! The Holiday Hop. the skat- ing party and the May Dance rounded out a most successful year. Then we , imparted our good cheer to the school by presenting a super Senior Musical K, with Charlotte Rutty and William Murphey as co-chairmen. Lois Hamilton and James Cronin were the stars of And Came the Spring, our noteworthy Senior Play. The cast gave perfect and public evidence of their ability. The highlight of the whole year, however, was Senior Day, followed by the Senior Banquet, a memorable event which the members of the Senior Class will never forget. if With graduation only a few weeks in the future, we are beginning to real- J ize what our four year career has meant. Now we are sorry to leave, for wg will greatly miss our li. F. A., so dear to us always. . , , 'ii 20 ai fi 1. gl 'N i fgiipgggl T '.,, ,Q . ,it . . sag ,. .. 4..j4.i.k ci i t Q
