SENICR W.Nl,TEIi CHAPEL President FRANCES HURLEY Vice-President IUNE CARY HARRY TIPTON Secretary Treasurer Dear Classmates: It is with a touch of regret and an inward feeling of sorrow that we, the class of 1935, take our leave from these beloved walls of learning. The time has come when We must bid farewell to our school, our faculty, and the student body, all who have contributed so much to the joys and the Pleasant memories of our too brief sojourn within these walls. The acuteness of existing conditions, relative to the Present, should not dampen the spirit of our youth as some of us enter higher institutions of learning while others thus early in their lives are faced with the arduous task of trying to sustain their existence minus further education. But, let us remember that even though we have completed our academic studies, education never ends. Let us explore in this life and seek out the hidden treasures that surround us so abundantly. Let us early in our lives become acquainted with those qualities of good character which include humility, truthfulness, temperance, unselfishness and justice. With these qualities as the foundation stones of our characters l believe, with all sincerity, that we will succeed with some greater or less degree of success and so make our lives shine before men that they may reflect further honor and glory upon our Alma Mater. Therefore in conclusion, my dear friends, let us not forget each L 'HTH' ,Y other and the associations which we have enjoyed through the - msgs' medium of the various student organizations. And last, but not least, by any means, the teachers who have so patiently and so generously -. that we might Hnd the way, the truth and the light. They are S!
