Bernartline After the school year had begun in September, the class of 1938 was not long in electing its Year Book staff. They began work immediately, in an effort to produce a worthy annual for their Alma lX'1ater. They wish to extencl their heartiest thanks to the rnerchants of Elmira, through whose generosity the hook was made possible, to their un- selhsh adviser, to the editor-in-chief, William Reed, an inspiring leader, to the secretaries of the classes for their brilliant class histories, and to those who have helped in any way to make the book a success.
