Mart wants to be a clown in a circus, so he says. What do you think he's been for four years in E.l-I.S.? Not a clown, but an extra- ordinary desk mover. Mart won an E in intramural sports. MARTIN PAGE helped Smitty take ANLIB- RUM pictures and belonged to GUS, Commercial, Phi-Chem and F.'I'.A. Clubs. ELIZABETH CAROL PAXTON, better known as Betty, is president of the Commercial Club and of G.A.A. this year. She also worked on the .JNLIBRUM staff and was on the decoration committee for the iunior prom. Betty also belongs to the Red Cross Council and the GUS Club. Her ambition is to be- come a good golfer. IERRY POLING is famous for his fooling around in class. Being in Phi-Chem, Red Cross, Booster. and GUS Clubs keeps him running around school. Ierry plans to be a civil engineer in South America, l7on't let him fool you though: he iust Wants to see the senoritas. The singing star of our class is PHYLLIS E. POWELL. She be- longs to Red Cross, GUS, Glee, and Booster Clubs. Phyllis would like to further her career in the held of entertainment. V Going to work for his uncle - Uncle Sam's Navy, that is, is Sam's future. SAM LARRY REVETI' was in two plays and won his E as an ADV.-INCE writer and in Rilie Club. FLORA REED, whom everyone knows as Fuzzy, is a neat little blond. Fuzzy is active in lfliiecllclli and Commercial Clubs. She has been a hall monitor this past year. Fuzzy earned her E in G.A.A. Her ambition is to marry a certain Air Force man. One of the quieter members of home room 16 is IOAN N. RICE. Ioan is a member of the Red Cross, GUS, and Commercial Clubs.
