President of the Speakers' Stand is EUGENE IOHN IOI-INSON. He spent his summer being a life guard. He has a hobby of collecting ban- ners from the -ltl states. He belongs to Red Cross Club, GUS Club, Rifle Club, and N.F.L. Gene played on the softball team for two years. He is feature writer of sports for the ADVANCE. His favorite song is On a Hill Far AWay - from Elmhurst. One of Elmhurst's twirlers for three years was BONNIE F. KIE- STER. Bonnie is a member of the Commercial and Red Cross Clubs. She enioys singing A Kiss to Build a Dream On. That gleam in her eye comes from being pleased at the work of the Speakers' Stand. Bonnie served as the president of her freshman class.
