' The Seniors have had a few projects this year to make money for graduation. We have sold stationery and handled concessions. There has been a great deal of activity in the senior class this year, and the greater part of the spare time has been devoted to preparations for graduation. Judith Ingersoll, Secretary. unior C4155 Wofea The Junior Class strived hard this year to prepare themselves for the future by working with the realization that their High School Education would soon be over. We all understood that High School was not just a place for fun but also a place for hard work and concentration. The Class of '58 opened this year with a total enrollment of 66 stu- dents. During the year Irene Murch transferred to St. Louis, Missouri, and Rachel Sargent went to Higgins Classical Institute in Charleston. New students joining the class this year were Diane Keeping from Newport, Maine and Joseph Lassell from Bradford. Francis Gordon Secretary Ralph Buckminster Treasurer Philip Johnson During the year the Varsity Club held a Sock Hop and initiation of the new members. RALPH BUCKMINSTER '59 BML jefdfa The careful use of ones money is a key to future happiness and se- curity. While in high school, the students learn to save their money to aid them tomorrow. At the present time about 25 per cent of the students are taking ad- vantage of the school banking facilities aided by our two local banks. Thrift today makes security tomorrow.
