S IOR PRDPHECY I was glancing through the newspaper when this headline caught my eye-- BREAK BETWEEN MULTI-MILLIONAIRE TWINS. It said, The famous brothers, Dick and David Young are reportedly on bad terms. It all stems from the fact that David owns the Chicago Cubs and Dick owns the New York Yankees . Last year the Cubs took the Series from the Yankees . This is their first win since 1935 Well, what do you know about that? I wonder whatever became of the rest of that class . My curiosity was so aroused that I simply had to know. I decided to get in touch with Jack Wall and see if he could do anything. jack is an up and coming lawyer that took over Raymond Burr's part in the Perry Mason show. The sponsor extended the show to make it two hours long since jack was doing such a good job. jack said he would find a detective for me and let me know when he had a detailed report. It is now two weeks later and the report has just arrived . I'm sure you would like to know what it says so here it is: Margie Parker has just broken up with her sixth husband because she felt he was a poor marriage risk. She didn't get the custody of the children but she did get a 53, 000,000 a year settlement. Why, I just can't believe it! And it says here that Glenn Stille has taken over the family business of farming, but is reportedly doing a little bootlegging on the side. He is now known as just Plain Glenn Stille. I'm afraid to look, at the next one. It says: Barbara Newberry is a happily married woman. Her husband, Bob, is now a major in the army and she is thinking of joining the WACS . She'll have to take orders from him now! Now that one wasn't so bad. I wonder what jim Knight turned out to be. It says here that he is an outstanding young scientist who has offered his services to man the first rocket to the moon. When asked why he volunteered, jim replied, I'm looking for new conquests, new thrills, new stories, and new girls! Well, what do you know! janet Brent has just been nominated as the first woman president of the KU KLUX KLAN. But wait, this can't be, she turned the offer down. She didn't think her husband, Kenny, could take care of their nine children without her help. That was nice of her. Speaking of nice people, it says here that Alice and Linda are in business together. They call it Carlson and McWhorter Deep Sea Divers I knew they would amount to something. That's one job where you start at the top and work down! Nancy Keene is the highest paid model in the United States . She models exclusively, FREDRICKS ORIGINALS. Fredricks Originals is her husband and they have six little originals . Loren Carter owns the biggest building in Ellsworth. The sign out in front says, CARTER'S MORTUARY -------- WE GIVE GREEN STAMPS. And jerry Williams, better known as Professor Williams, has decided after eight years of teaching to quit. Her theory is, Why teach somebody else's kids when you can raise your own. George Scott is a small-time Texas rancher with only 20 oil wells, 10, 000 head of cattle, and was just nominated as THE MOST ELIGIBLE BACHELOR OF THE YEAR. What do you know about that. I didn't think any of the students of that class would turn out like they did except for jeff Adams . He is operating ADAM'S ELITE JUNK YARD. There is something about his junk yard that is different from others . Yes, you guessed it, Jeff wrecked about all those cars himself!! So this is the end of jack's report, and according to how much he charged me, this is the end of my bank account, too. 15

CLASS WILL We, the beloved Senior Class of '59 of Ellsworth High School, being of intelligent minds and memories of elephants, do hereby make, publish and authorize this as our last will and testament. To the School we will fifty remote controlled robots and hope that they are able to cause at least half as much commotion as we did during our four years . To the Junior Class we will half of our intelligence so that there will be that much remaining for the school after we are gone. To the Sophomore Class we will one of our many organizers and hope they have more workers than we did. To the Freshman Class we will our ability to outgrow our green- ness and act like high school students . I, Janet Brent, will my ability to go steady to Betty Riebe and hope she can go steady two years without breaking up. I, Barbara Newberry, will my ability to get a diamond ring in my senior year to Karen Wissmiller. I, Margie Parker, will by ability not to be a bridesmaid more than two times to Margie Coale and also to always stop when it says stop. I, Linda McWhorter, will my freckles to Betty Riebe. I, Alice Carlson, will my ability to know all about sports to Judy Brown. I, Nancy Keene, will my ability to go to drive-in restaurants without running through glass windows to Don Builta. I, Jerry Marie Williams, will my ability to get good grades in Physics to Rick Roberts . I, Dick Young, will my ability not to get kicked out of any classes during my senior year to Ron Lauritson. I, Dave Young, will my ability to ride donkeys to Judy Brown and to Ron Lauritson. I will my ability to stay out of trouble. I, Glenn Stille, will my loud pipes to Don Builta and hope that he doesn't get picked up. I, George Scott, will my safe driving to Karen Wissmiller. I, Jack Wall, will my ability to get along with girls to Rick Roberts . I, Loren Carter, will my bubbling personality to Betty Riebe. I, James Knight, will my false teeth to Ron Lauritson and Don Builta. I, Jeff Adams, will my black around the school to Ron Lauritson and to Don Builta my ability not to run into trains. 14
