In order to boost our treasury, we sold homemade i jewelry and gave a Thanksgiving party in the Senior High School? building. The monev we made enabled the club members to attend, all of the sdiool activities during the entire year. X The music was furnished by Stan Vinton, which ti. by the way, i was better Euan expected. His vocalist, Toni Dale, had quite a good voice. The hours were from 8:30 to ll:OO. 1 The decorations were very apnropriate. Various camouflage + decorations werez- a cabbage head - a garbage can - poison-ivy W plant - trees - and some odd-looking animal. There were planes1 bombs and parachutists hanging from the ceiling in marvelous + array. The stage was surrounded by barb-wire. 1 And now for the dirt which I am sure you are all anxious + to hear. Y -Qhirley Yarris and Qrancis Zajac dance well together. Why + don't tHe tr?'Tt again at the Senior Eall??? 1 J 3 l noticed Qetty-Qague ',,' was blue until Qlenlgluttgr came a- 1 long and then sre penned up marvelously. What does Glen have 1 Betty, that Qeorgg-Qirkg hasn't? 1 Then there were the usual couples such as Qiriam Millgr 1 - Dave Qauriloff, Qianagguffman - Ed Adamson-, Qorothy Pgosser 1 - isllafrlwafal, Mallialllg Z.a12.aea - :lQl1.Q.QQ.11L- T ff Does the student body agree with me tlat QQL-Qalgggh and 1 Qisg-Qarngs make a nice couple? Especially when they dance. 1 Some of the faculty appeared I hope they all come to our 1 Senior Ball???
