K . LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT We, the class of 1939, of the Ellsworth High School, do hereby make, publish, and declare this to be our last will and testament, in manner and form following, hereby revoking any will or wills hereto- fore made by us. We, the members of the Senior Class of 1939, leave to the honorable faculty our respect and admiration for their efforts and advice during our years in high school. To the Junior Class we leave our title of WDignified Seniorsn and bestow upon them the wishes for an honorable senior year. To the Sophomores we leave the care of the on- coming Freshmen and we beseech them to treat the class with honor and respect. To the Freshman Class we bequeath our popularity and hope that in four years they will be as happy as this departing class. We also bequeath to the whole student body the tradition and ideals of our class and demand that they duly revere them and carry on. Feeling the spirit of excess generosity we individually bequeath the following: Joan leaves her cluster of curls to Eugene Kennedy and Glenn Cox.
