It meets once a week and opens with a short business meeting after which various duties necessary in running a library are carried out. Besides actually working with books, bulletin boards are prepared to draw interest to the library. Activities planned and carried out by the Library Club were' The P.T.A. Program-members dressed to represent book characters which parents tried to identify. This was a success and the club was requested to present a similar program for the Howard County Teachers Meeting in December. Everyone had much fun planning and helping out with the program. For the school, the Library Club sponsored a Book Title Contest and a Poster Contest, also a book exhibit was planned for the faculty and the students. SPORTS CLUB FOR GIRLS 7 E. Beckett B. BoggS C.
