CLASS HISTORY In the autumn of 1952 the Sen1or class of 1958 stepped foot IDIO the halls of Ellet Iun1or Sen1or Hlgh School for the f1rst tlme Although we were only a small part of the school and part1c1pated 1n only a few GCIIVIIIGS 1t was the beg1nn1ng of the largest graduat1ng class from Ellet Htgh School and one that lwe hopel w1ll be long remembered for the1r accom pl1shments and scho1ast1c stand1ng ln that f1rst year at Ellet we elected Sandra Axl1ne as our Homecommg attendant Peggy Kurtz Basketball attendant and LaVon Hiller to the May Court We were represented 1n Red Cross by Sue Sm1th Sherman Axlxne Ioan M1ller Carol Clarke Frances Reagan and Iohn 1-laylett Representatlves to Student Counc1l were I1m Elhson Larry Combs Iucly Ohlr1ch and Mar1e Keener A new mus1c group malorettes we were honored to have four of them freshman Rece1v1ng the honors were Sand1e Crutchfleld Carol K11eber Karen Conner Cheryl Petra1t1s and Ann Senn alternate Sand1e rema1ned 1n the 11ne all four years of hlgh school and years There were 34 freshmen 1n the Band Pat Gal1t was our attendant to the Homecomlng Court and our Da1sy Mae and L11 Abner were Karen Conner and Roger Bald1nger We elected Sand1e Banyar as our Basketball attendant and Nancy Eus t1ce to the May Court Ray Ashton Iudy Ohlr1ch Pat R1ddel and Bob Sanko were our representat1ves to Student Counc1l Chosen to be Iumor
