THE KEY TO FREEDOM Knowledge is defined as the act fact or state of knowing The absorp tion and application of knowledge are most important since they are determining factors for a prosperous future and a successful way of life One absorbs knowledge for a purpose he has an immediate goal lts attainment is contingent upon the success with which the knowledge has The formative years are a time for learning chiefly in the home and schools The acquisition of knowledge is fundamental in developing an appreciation for the good in securing a more satisfactory adgustment in a complex era and in furnishing an incentive for making worth while con tributions to the world Knowledge is truth the key to freedom been transmitted to the individual and the extent to which it is retained.
