The E-Club membership consisted of students from grades 7-18 who letter in sports. Members operated the concession stand at all athletic events in order to buy equipment for the athletes. Keeping the Spirit Going The EHS cheerieaders strive to keep spirit alive with posters, cheers, and pep fests. Although this isn’t easily accomplished, it is well worth it when everyone yells and cheers the team on. Highlights for the cheerleaders this year included homecoming week, state wrestling tournaments, districts, B-squad tournaments, and C-squad tournaments. Two annual awards are presented each year on which the cheerleaders vote. The spirit award which is given to the class that shows the most spirit throughout the year, and the megaphone award is given to a Cardinal fan who shows the most spirit toward all athletic events. The cheerleaders were advised by Mary Ulmer.
