‘‘We Got the Beat” The Stage Band performed at the Christmas Concert and the Pops Concert. Several members of the Stage Band also took part in a melodrama. On Valentine Day they played at the Rock-N-Roll Jamboree at the Nursing Home. At District contest they earned a star rating. Their director was Miss Mary Dieke. “Everybody Get Up and Dance” The Swing Choir jitter, boogied and box stepped to music. Their performances were a combination of singing and dancing. They performed at EOE, the Pops Concert and the Spring Concert A star rating was earned at District Contest They were directed by Ron Smith.
