The track team qualified 5 boys for the Stale Track Meet. Brent Houghton in the two mile and the iwo- mile relay team which consisted of Ray Akers, Bryan Widmer, Eric Bem- hagen and Todd Stein- wand. Track co-captains were Kevin Mangin, and Brent Houghton. The teitr placed sixth in conference and eighth in district. The freshmen placed first in conference. 1. Coach Louis Toulouse timing 100 yd. dashers Brad Schaller, Kevin and Jeff Mangin. 2. Two-mile Relay Team Members: Todd Steinwand, Eric Bernhagen, Bryan Widmer, and Ray Akers. 3. Rodell Fuchs running the 440. 4. Jim Kaiser throws the shot. 5. Brent Houghton anticipating the starting gun for the two-mile. 6.
