3 ■ 5 J 1st Row: Joan Hetzlaff , Darlene Rexinger, Avis Roeszler, Norman Stahlecker, Loren Tiegs, and Deloris Wagner. 2nd Row: Dora Decker, Norman West, and Marion Zinter. tyuttion, September lith, 1951 rolled around, and thirty-four bright-eyed juniors took their proud positions two rows from the windows in Senior High, Through the year the junior class sponsored a bake sale, a candy sale, sold Christmas cards, and ran a concession stand at the basketball games. Under the direction of Miss Cnsrud, the juniors presented the three act comedy, Napolean Junior on December 6th, 1951. The play was entertaining and financially successful. On March 21, 1952 the class rings came. The juniors proudly wear them and now wait patiently for the day when they can turn their rings around and be full-fledged graduates of Ellendale High School, On May 7th, 1952 came the climax of the year T s work-the Junior-Senior Banquet and Prom, Destination Moon was the theme and the big gym was romantically arrayed in different shades of blue and silver with red accents. John Taylor and his orchestra provided the music. Junior class officers this year were: Angela Heine, president; Constance Burow, vice-president; Dawn Combellick, secretary; and Marion Zinter, treasurer. Douglas Bell was class reporter.
