To strive to do our very best In all we undertake. ' Poem Some of us will be slow, some fast As we climb the ladder of fame. But finally we will all get there And win ourselves a great name. There will always be some conflicts In this great world of today. But it will be up to we seniors To resolve them on our way. The main project of our junior year was raising money to finance the Junior- Senior Banquet and Prom. The first revenue came from a food sale. The treasury was enlarged. b 3 r the proceeds from selling Christmas cards and pop and candy, and Cron the class play. On Friday, December 2, at 8: If? P.M. t he junior class presented Home With Father , by Edwin Scribner. The play was a success from in a financial as well as entertainment standpoint. The cast was as follow: Sally Crabtree, Joyce Hokana, Helen Hagel, Arlene Retzlaff, Shirley Adams, Daniel Slemmons, Garry Bowman, Bruce Beaver, Derril Wedell, and Eugene Burlingame. The highlight of our busy year as the Banquet and Prom, which took place on May 18. The theme, Goodbye and Good Luck , was carried out in green and white. The banquet, served by the Order of the Easter Star, was held in the Masonic Temple. Music was furnished for the prom by John Taylor and his orchestra. Class offiers were: President, Sally Crabtree; vice-president, Garry Bowman; and secretary and treasurer, Shirley Adams; and class adviser.
