Campbell). The cast: John Arnold, genial, elderly man Leo Houghton Lydia, his wife Delia Whelan Janie, his daughter Shirley Holsinger Jim, his son Nairn Hermanson Tillie, the middle-aged hired girl Della Mattheis Reading, “Christmas Present for a Lady” (Myra Kelly) Gloy Jenkins “Silent Night” Assembly o Speech Festival The twelfth annual speech festival was held in Edgeley, March 7. Ellendale High was represented by Vendella Murray, who interpreted poems; Robert Adams, who gave an informal talk, “Telling It To S.
