ofcfen agfe Stuc ent Pu ftcatton €,ffen6ury Centra ScAoof Cf enbury Depot, eev )orJ? 1967 Each year this book is dedicated to those whom the student body wish to honor pub- licly. This year we are proud to make a dual dedication to two people who have devotedly served us for fifty years. Through their interest in our progress and school, our education has been furthered. It is with these thoughts that we dedicate the “1967 Golden Eagle” to Mr. and Mrs. Roy Huggins. Dedication A Farewell to Ellenburg: After spending fifteen years as principal of the Ellenburg Central School, working with so many wonderful people, the decision to accept the position as District Superintendent of Schools was the most difficult decision that 1 have ever had to make. The friendships and memories that I have had with teachers, students, Board of Education member, non-teaching employees, and many friends in the Ellenburg Central School District, I'll always treasure. I am sure that the experiences I have enjoyed at Ellenburg Central School made a most significant contribution to my being appointed as District Super- intendent. Sincerely, William A. Fritz 3 Principal's TITessape Each class that completes a yearbook deserves much credit for putting the necessary time, effort and planning into the finished product, it seems like a monumental task and the results are always more fully ap- preciated in yean to come. Each of you will feel rewarded in propor- tion to the work you have put into the end result, not only in relation to the yearbook but other activities, and especially the counes leading to a successful graduation. The students, school and community have all benefited from the worthwhile things you have accomplished. Congratulations to the Class of 1967 for achievements so far and may your future endeavors be 4 AH, BUT A MAN'S REACH SHOULD EXCEED HIS GRASP, OR WHAT'S A HEAVEN FOR? - ROBERT BROWNING Administration j3oa.ro ofC (fucation t)3%% 1 n iKt7 f fcpr • ?r v Donald Wright, William Fritz, William Patnode, Hubert Gagnier, Esmond Decosse, William Hogan Shannon Finlayson, Penny Newton, Jean Drown 6 ( Iinic ( ustoc ians Jus 2)rivers Mr, Damour Mr. Bilow Miss Calarco Mrs. Carter Mrs. Chilton Miss Clark Mr. Coveney Miss Finlayson Mrs. Franklin Mrs. Fritz Mr. Fritz Mrs. Gagnier Miss Lalondc Mr. Livermore Miss McGregor Mrs. Northdurft Mr. Perry Mr. Ryan Mrs. Senecal Mrs. Sexton Mrs. Smith Mr. Smith’ Mr. Terwilliger Mrs. Tisdale Mrs. Watson Mr. Wells Mr. Pa mode Mrs. Barcomb Mrs. Bessette Mrs. Carpenter Mrs. Carter Mrs. Chase Mrs. Chilton Mrs. Chilton Mrs. Damour Mrs. Drown Mrs. Duley Mrs. Gadway Miss Goodspeed Mrs. Huggins Mrs. Jette Mrs. Knox Mrs. Myers Mr. Newton Mrs. Nichols Mrs. Treggrett Mrs. Noel Mrs. Trombly Mrs. Rubado Mrs. White Mrs. Santimore Miss Baxter - absent THEY GO FORTH INTO THE WORLD WITH WELL DEVELOPED BODIES, FAIRLY DEVELOPED MINDS, AND UNDEVELOPED HEARTS.
