FRESHMEN 1942-43 We enter as freshmen . . . tricky new clothes . . . a little green, but a smile on our face . . . during the year we've learned a lot . . . that 'X' is the unknown . . . yes, we're freshmen, not once have they let us forget it. This class started out with an enrollment of 49 at the beginning of the year. They chose as their sponsor Mr. Grizzell, and class officers, Frank Turok, Presi- dentg and Vera Abbott, Secretary-Treasurer. They have made a good start already in school activities, taking part in band, football, basketball, GAA., and other activities. They also have a representative on the Student Council.
