The team start- ed the season with only a few experienced players from the year before. The season started well for the Elks but by mid season we had to overcome some obstacles and regroup. Yet the team pulled together and came back after each setback. Their persis- tence and hard work earned them d 12-10 record and a fourth place finish in the district tournament. It is a season they can look back on with many fond memories.
