The year started slowly but it didn't take long for the staff, under the supervision of Mrs. Andersen, to get things moving. Editor Shirley Janssen, with the help of eighteen other members, sold candy and posters to help finance the book. Owen Malone, our repre- sentative from Josten's Publishing Company, made frequent visits to give advice and answer any ques- tions we might have had. All in all, it turned out to be a very successful year. Al left and above: Members Shirley, Pam, Lisa, Dawn, and Kristi work hard to meet a deadline.
