AG DEPARTMENT The agriculture department of Elkton High School was established for the term of 1951 and 1952 with Peter Hodial as instructor. This department was established with the sole purpose of offering a profit- able four-year course of shop and agricultural instruction for all high school boys. F. F. A. The Elkton Chapter of the F. F. A. was founded during the same term as the agriculture department. This nationally known organization is recognized the country over as a contructive organization, that trains young man into being better and stronger farmers. One of the highlights of this organization since its founding in Elkton was the National F. F. A. Convention held in Kansas City, Mo. in which two Elkton boys were delegates, W. Moulton and V. Kock.
