SMITH, Sponsor The year '66-'67 will be remembered by the class of '68 as an exciting and rewarding year. Our mighty class was led by our competent class officers. We got off to a good start this year by placing first in the Magazine Drive. We showed super school spirit by attending dances and games. Although our class is small, we have always been active in athletics, scholastic achievement, music, and all kinds of organizations. Our Junior Prom was a great success, and will long be remembered. It was well worth all the hard work that we put into it. We want to thank Mr. Smith, our long-suffering class sponsor, for all the time, ideas, and help he has given us this year to make it the best yet. Our Senior year is just around the corner now, and we plan to put deter- mination and hard work into the leading of Elko High. We want to make our last year our very best. 26
