He is well-liked hy his fellow-students. hut he doesn't know that girls even exist, MARIAN DAVIS lvlarian came from Nantyglo to he with us the last few months of our high school days, She is an excellent student. and has made some of our A hoys and girls sit up and take notice. We are sure that F'ennsylvania's loss is our gain. HELEN DUMIRE Helen is rather quiet, hut her friendliness and willingness to help others make her presence well' known, She is inclined commercially, and will make someone a line stenographer, IMOGENE DYE Imogene can do anything from playing haskethall to skiing on College Hill. With her rosy cheeks we wonder how she evades the smiles of our high school Romeos. She is a recent memher of the National Honor Society. ,.. Though we have had Eleanor only one year, we treasure her as one of our very dear classmates. VIE FERGUSON Vie is not usually very much in evidence. hut when she plays haskethall her opponent has slight chance of making a hasket. Perhaps she will he an athletic director. ANNABEL FIMPLE Annabel is one of the very few silent seniors. She is a person who is well liked for her friendly manner and her willingness to helm her classmates. Q

Her main weak' ness is bookkeeping. By the way, did you ever see her play basketball? ALLENE COLLETT Allene is quite an athlete. She enioys swimming. riding, and basketball, and is quite efficient in her studies. Don't ask me why. but she wants to be a nurse. She is the life of any party. ROY CONVJAY Here is an athlete of our high school who has made himself spectacular in all sports. As one of A'Coach's boys, he has excelled in all his work. For him, women are nonentitles. AR LENE COO PER She hasn't heen with Us all our school days, but in the time that she has been here, we have learned to like her and we are glad that she came from Fairmont to add one more to our senior list. EARL COOPER This modest blonde has been a great asset to E. H, S. You have certainly seen and enjoyed his interesting and colorful posters. and have you read those English themes? They are great! JUNIOR CORBIN Boisterousf' He might be outside of school. but he most certainly is not in school. He is a reserved young man and a staunch friend to his fellow students, And can that fellow play the guitar7 Romeo is his nearest rival. MARUANE CORRICK Her high scholastic standing. character. and dependability have earned for her the respect of both students and teachers. VALDA GAIN ER MARTIN Vfe have known her so long as Valda Gainer that it is queer to think of her as Valda Martin. But Fred seemed to know how to persuade her to change her name. CLETIS GEORGE Vw'hat a shy boy! You would never know he was around if it were not for his pleasant smile and dimples. By the way, did you ever see him tumble7 ELDEN GODDIN The halls of E. H. S. would certainly be dull without Elden's cheerful smile and keen sense of humor. VW: are sure his pleasing personality will win for him a place in this world. JUANITA CRIMES This auburn-haired lass is always on the lookout for a new joke for the Tiger. The band, orchestra. Tiger Stall, class plays, and Literary Contests could not do without her. She loves basketball and espec- ially centers from Clarksburg and East Bank, GUY HAMMER One of the beau Brummelsu of our sehool, and he is quite a favorite with the opposite sex. VVe still remember his very fine performance in Mr, Bob when he was a junior.
