Dedication With sincere appreciation for your thirteen years of dedicated teaching fourth grade, and your tireless work at the Elkins Ele- mentary School, we, the Annual Staff, dedicate this annual to you, Mrs. Virgie Morgan. Administration Our school population is con- tinually growing. This year is a record in the number of students enrolled. To meet the need of housing, a new twelve classroom elementary facility with a library and cafetorium is under construc- tion. This building will be ready for the 1970-71 school year and should improve both our elemen- tary and secondary programs. If all teachers were as dedi- cated and sincere about their work as Mrs. Virgie Morgan, to whom this book is dedicated, we would never have to fear for the outcome of the youth of today. Congratulations, Mrs. Mor- gan, a more worthy candidate would be very difficult to find. James K. Carter Superintendent Below: High School Principal, Mr. E. G.
