The Superintendent’s Message This book has been dedicated to a very worthy and hardworking teacher. I would like to add my appreciation for Mrs. Paschal and her efforts in encouraging and counseling the young people in Elkins School. She has been instrumental in the production of our Annual for several years. I would also like to extend con- gratulations to the other staff members and students who have worked many hours in making this publication possible. Evidence of morale from faculty and students this year indicates one of the best years ever for E.H.S.
