Mr. ' iley is a man of sound wisdom who has given encouragement to e ery progres- sive movement predominent in the schools and city. There is a sense of security about the welfare of E. H. S. — a security that can be directly attributed to the calm judgment and practical wisdom of our superintendent. During his six years here Mr. Wiley has been held in high esteem by the people of the city and in educational circles throughout the state.
