Debbie and Clara received recognition as outstanding twirlers and the entire line was given special recognition. The Westwood twirling contest was attended where they won boitjh Best Dance Twirl and Military Line.

, ,M si- The twirlers each year per- form in pep rallies and at half-time of each game. The most memorable half-time performance was homecom- ing when they performed a fire baton routine. After foot- ball season the twirlers begin preparing for try-outs. The girls must perform a solo, dance twirl, and jazz routine in front of qualified judges. Here are a few candid shots of the twirlers performing at the pep ralliespgames, and eating lunch after a parade.
