MMM? My respected client, the Senior Class of 1946, wishes her last will and testament to be read at this time by all interested parties. I, as her lawyer, must be truthful and add that if any slight peculiarities apparent injustice or partiality in disposing of her many valuable possessions appear, please pardon it and realize it was caused by exhaustion of the brain which has never been too vigorous or well- stocked in legal matters. Her last will is as follows: I We, the Seniors of 1946, in the beloved school of Elkhart High, located in the friendly little city of Elkhart, being in as good mental condition as possible after the last trying appointments with members of the faculty, and in an excellent temper after passing these appoint- ments, do hereby make this, our last will and testament, which renders all other wills made in moments of temporary wild optimism, totally null and void. And in this manner do we dispose of our valuable possessions: ITEM: We give and bequeath, freely and without any strings attached,'to the Junior Class who is our rightful heir, our most important and valuable property, viz.: our own self-satisfaction, our great importancg our amazing wisdom, and not least of all our great tolerance of under- graduates, all of which we possess in huge quantities and which made us what we are today. We sincerely hope these priceless treasures of ours will be jealously guarded and put to good use. ITEM: Also, we wish to leave with them our mantle of Senior dignity, our good luck in winning Queens' races, our privileges and rights, ac- companied with said dignity of Seniors in class rooms and assemblies. In addition the melodious wax harps, unfinished double-bubbley un- finished Superman funnybooks, and of course, any boys and girls whom we have left behind, you will inherit. ITEM: To the Sophomore Class as a whole we leave our Wpatience and fortituden, which we think can be well used in enduring the Juniors next year. ITEM: To the childish and unsophisticated Freshmen we will leave a floor plan of our school building with the hope that they will study it and not be walked upon by the upper classmen while they are getting acquainted with the various room locations. ITEM: Our little booklet on Whow To Tell The Teachersn has been worn out from constant use, so we have completed another valuable book called WThe Teachers--Their Tempers and Treatmentu, which is to be placed in the library where all may profit by its information.

ITEM: To each teacher, we leave the extemporanious and highly original answers to their questions in the fond hope they may profit by their information as yet unpublished in text books. Ruby Snqlcmd wills her wonderous laziness to any-over-ambitious Junior who needs it, and if not claimed, this priceless achievement could be used to tone down Bonmie Cink'o supply of energy. 3. mauhine niveno' athletic ability and her nwake up ani liven formula goes with her best wishes to JKLUIZMOM, DOAPl!b and OFmo!vf,ec who need both badly.
