A long ranger strate- gist and a clever deductor, Bill is adept at tying people into knots with his never ending stream of questions, Bill is ad- mired by all. CLARA M. FRITZ Fritzie Where there's cr will there's a way. Though inclined to be rather quiet and shy, Fritzie has determination and Stick-to-it-ivness that has carried her through many books and assignments. PHYLLIS L. FORD Phyl Originality plus is Phyllis' key to success. Phyl's novel ideas and original suggestions are sure to be a great asset to her success in the future as they have been in the past. She will be in the lime-light someday. MARY ANN FREY Mary Ann Quiet, yes, but so gentle and kind, Mary Ann is always on hand to do more than her share. Her modesty and industry coupled with her other good qualities, will obtain tor her a successful career. Mary Ann is the type ot girl who is readily trusted. VIRGINIA M. GEITNER Virgie A bundle of joy and iun. Virgie can make a dull event an exciting and jovial one by her mere presence. She is also efficient and dependable. We Wish Virgie success in whatever she undertakes. 16 IUDE R. GLEIXNER Iude A type oi lad who adds a streak of genius to ordinary discussions. Iude has all material relating to the sciences, well mastered. Wherever a job leads him, he easily masters the difficulties involved and generally succeeds.

IEROME I. ECKERT larry lerry is one of the finest specimens of a well-built individual. With Herculean strength, Ierry has toiled in the con- tracting industry for many years. Some fruits of his labor are the beautiful Ber- wind Park and Memorial Field in lohn sonburg. THOMAS M. ECKERT Little Itch A handsome lad who makes friends everywhere. Tom possesses high ideals and rarely changes them. He attends Mass daily and is always willing to give a helping hand to anyone in need. Tom is one of the friendliest boys at Central. 3 Y ,,- - GEORGIA R. ERICH Iorgie The life of the party always there with a good story or an amusing anecdote. forgie usually succeeds in keeping everyone in stitches. Yet she has her serious moments and a level head on her shoulders, RICHARD R. FELDBAUER Rich Although not the first in his classes, Dick offers many good suggestions and never gives up a problem until it is solved. When correct, he sticks to his idea like Horatius at the bridge but when wrong, he accepts the correction submissively. 15 RICHARD M. EHRENSBERGER Bu1gur A never ending source of delight is to see diminutive Dick advance to the front of the room and pour out his eloquence in a deep base voice. Dick is one of the best and most widely read pupils of our class. His span of information is profound. 1 Xsvf' ROSE MARY FLEMING Rosie Rosie possesses a quaint sense of humor and is endowed with a self-sacri- ficing spirit. She can always be found when help is needed. Her interests li in the Commercial field.

PHYLLIS M. GLEIXNER Phil Once a friend, always a friend . With a quiet, helping hand and an optimistic outlook, Phil is frequently found settling arguments or ironing out difficulties till all is running smoothly again. THOMAS M. GRIEGGS Tom The Ides staff, when at a loss for news, instinctively turns to Tom. Tommy has inherited more than his share of ideas and as a writer, his stories and poems are always a delight. 5' x . CAROL I. HANES Carol Never a dull moment when Carol is around. With her initiative, and cheer- fulness, Carol will surely make the world a more joyful place in which to live. RICHARD I. HASSELMAN Dick The kind of fellow you read about in the stories concerning the knights of old. Dick is kind, generous and friendly to all. Dick never utters an unkind word about anyone. 17 ROSE M. HALLER Rosey lust as her name implies-blooming with cheerfulness and fun. Rosey is kind and generous with her smile. Her presence is welcomed everywhere In her future life, Hosey should find it easy to make friends. fl 49 t i I SARA A. HATHORN Sully Sally possesses a charming personality and has many friends. Always glad to help and never too busy to grant a favor. She is one of our cheerleaders and has proved herself a leader in every way.
