JESSE STUART VISITS E.C.C. On April 17, 1967, Jesse Stuart, Kentucky’s Poet Laureate, spoke at a student convoca¬ tion. The crowd responded to his quick wit and yarn-spinning by giving him a standing ovation at the end of his talk. Mr. Stuart greets students and visitors from the community. They all came to hear Mr. Stuart! Mr. Stuart autographs one of his many books. Jesse Stuart answers one of the many questions addressed to him by interested students. Dr. Hartford, Dean of the Community College System; Mr. Stuart, and Dr. Owen watch students assemble in the convocation room.
