The physical science curriculum received a boost with the addition of several physics courses in the fall of 1965. Until then, Mr. Douglass, ch emistry instructor, has served as the only full-time faculty member in the field. The new instructor, Mr. Wallace, taught mathematics as well as physics. George Peabody College for Teachers M.A. George Peabody College for Teachers The Associate Degree Nursing Program at E.C.C. is de¬ signed to meet the community’s need for trained nurses. A girl who chooses this program will take liberal arts courses as well as nursing courses. At the end of two years she is eligible to take the state exam to become a registered nurse.
