Sometimes all we want is to be alone, while at other times tha.t's the last thing we want. It can be physical or just a feeling found through confusion, anger, daydreaming, fear, elation or serenity. The kind of solitude that is loneliness is simply a fact of life that is inevitable and passes. Solitude through choice is when it becomes necessary to leave those near and dear to us behind for a while to get our heads together. We owe it to them as well as to ourselves, to be the best person we can be.

We encounter many smiles and laughter throughout the day. Laughter is an indication of success in pursuing happiness. No one can be miserable all the time! If we all need a. good cry at times-well, it's doubly important to have a good laugh! 7
