DEDHQATHUN We, the class of nineteen -hundred and sixty, dedicate this edition of the Elizabethan to the hope that each of us may set for himselfhigh goals based on worthy purposes and earnestly seek to achieve them. We face perhaps one of the most exciting and yet frightening decades in human history. The Soaring Sixties as they have been called by some people offer us both a limitless future and a grave responsibility. With this in mind it is imperative that each of us discover what it is that we believe and then dedicate our lives to these principles. Up to the present time our homes, churches, schools, and the community at large have all shared in guiding our thinking. As we leave our alma mater, we do not leave behind the past, but we carry with us this heritage to help us translate into action our noblest dreams. V? ings
