He is a graduate oi East Texas State College--receiving a B.S. and a M.A. in Public School Administration, and he has completed one-half of the requirements for a Doctor of Education Degree. His responsibility to the Board oi Education for instruction, business management, personnel administration and public re- lations make him many persons in one.
