It is in the effort to develop this ability and on the hope that she recognizes greatness in her pupils that Mrs. Hair bases her en- tire teaching career. She admires those pupils who apply originality to their studies. The great out- of-doors holds a vast amount of fascination for her and she would enjoy making s study of plant life. Writes poems and reads historical and romantic novels.
