Livestock Show. - Magazine sales began today with a pep-talk to the student body. Cheerleaders elected. - Football season started with a BANG today - a new pep-parade' and a pep meeting. - B-squad game, - Magazine sales ended today. High salesman was Ralph Gass. Freshman Student Council electiong Lonnie Cochran, Carletta Gibson, Don Ferrell, Rita Towle elected. - Home game with McLeansboro. - Mrs. Wood, a nurse from Saint Mary 's School of Nursing, spoke to girls about a nursing career. - Yearbook sales began. E.T.H.S. is the best! Beat Harrisburg. OCTOBER - Clubs were organized and officers elected. - Ballgame with Johnston City, - Homecoming Queen election today. - Game with Norris City.
