Boy's Varsity Soccer began the I 984 season with a new coach and seven returning letter- men. Coach Larry Knutson led the Eagle squad to the State Tournament with a 4-2 District record and an overall record of 8-4- I . The Eagles were defeated by the District 2 Champ Highland Hornets at State. but Cap- tain Jeff Collins felt it was a real team effort and that the Eldorado Soccer program was really flying high! Midfielder Ken Zimmerman placed in the All-District second Team as Midfielder Jeth Harbinson. Defender Jeff Collins and Goal- keeper Pat Coulie also received All-District honors.
