MR. JOHN KELLY has occupied Elder classrooms as a teacher for ten years. Owning a B. S. in Chemistry, Mr. Kelly teaches General Science and Biology. GROH: Mr. Groh makes the grade. 1 . l . - u . I MR. KELLY: One of the busiest mem- A Roger Bacon grad, MR. EDWARD GROH attended bers of the faculty. X.U. and received a B.S. in Math and Science. Since joining the faculty in 1967, MI. Groh teaches 1 General Science and Automotive Mechanics. He also coached the reserve tennis team in 73. . MR. FARRELL: I like the pictures the best. MR. FARRELL graduated from St. Louis U. High in 1960, and went on to St. Louis U. for his A.B. in Philosophy. He received a M.A. in PhilosoPhy from Notre Dame in 1969. 24 Religion Department FR. JOHN KUMMER attended St. Gregory Seminary and received his M.A. in Philosophy and Theology and a Master's in Divinity from the Athenaeum of Ohio. FI. Kummer teaches sophomore religion and is in his third year at Elder. FR. KELLEY: I don't know everything - at least not yet! FR. DAVID KELLEY, attended Elder from 1963 to 1964 before going to St. Gregory Seminary for two years. Father Kelley graduated from the Athenaeum of Ohio in 1970 with a B.A. in Philosophy and also attained a Master's of Divinity from the Athenaeum in 1974, the year of his ordination. Fr. Kelley enjoys handball and swimming in his spare time . FR. PETERKA: No, I don't want any chances on a motorcy- ole. FR. DALE PETERKA has been teaching freshman Religion since 1971 at Elder. He graduated from St. Gregory Seminary in 1960 and received his B. A. in Philosophy from the Athe- naeum of Ohio in 1964. Besides being a singer and guitar player at the Elder Masses he is the moderator of the Gun Club.

MR. KRIEMER: C'mon I'll take you all on. MR. DARNELL: MI. Darnell and his girl Friday. MR. DANIEL KREIMER teaches Chemistry I at Elder. he received his B. S. from U. C. Dan is a moderator of the Student Council. For enjoyment, he tries to read and steals candy from little kids. 7- .9 v: The beauty and simplicity of Mr. Kuhlman. MR. WILLIAM KUHLMAN. a graduate of St. Xavier in 1963, holds a B. S. in Physics as well as a Master's in Physics from X.U. He teaches all but one Physics class. His hobbies are flying, racw ing go carts on the third floor. boating and being the third floor volunteer fireman . MR. THOMAS DARNELL, 21 Newport Catholic High School grad, is now in his eighth year at Elder. A Chemistry I and Chemistry H instructor, he Ieceived his B. S. in Pharmacy from U .C. and got his M.Ed. from X.U. Mr. Darnell, in his spare time. runs a dating service.
