Mr. Donald Patrick came to Elder via Illinois Institute of Technology and Loyola University, where he got his masteris degree Mr. Patrick teaches Geometry and Algebra 1. He was awarded N ational Science Foundation Grants in 1970 and 1972. His prime hobby is photography, Which coincides with his moderation of Elderis Camera Club. MR. KEMEN - x + 2y + z : A winning soccer ream. FR. GRATSCH - OK, guys who put this foldouc in my book! A longstanding member of E1defs faculty, Fr. Mark Gratsch teaches High School Calculus to juniors and seniors. Fr. Gratsch attended the Athenaeum of Ohio, and received a Masteris in Education from Xavier University. When not teaching, he is the pastor of St, Vincent de Paulis parish, enjoys long walks, reading, and goff. Mr. Kemen, in his third year teaching at Elder, is an Algebra II and Trigonometry and Computer Science instructor. Upon graduation from LaSalle in i67, he went on to U.C. for his 33 in Education. He is now working on his Mastefs in Education from X.U. Mr. Kerncn will go down in history as the first coach of Elderis very successful soccer team.

Math OW ML Charles Kncpflc, the head of Elderk mathematics department, is a ,64 Elder graduate, After receiving his Masteris in Math from UC., Mn Kncpfle returned to his Alma Mater and is now in his fourth yeari He teaches College Calculus and Geometry in his own easy to understand fashion. Besides being a successful teacher, he is aiso a fine family man with two children, Charlesjr. and Beth Ann. Mr. Kncpflc is also an avid football and golf fan. FR. DUESING W Th? Dry Look!!! Fr, Ducsing, a i48 graduate of Eider High School, is the Moderator of the? Alumni Association. He went to St. Gregoryis and St. Marys Scminarics, then on the the Athenacum of Ohio, Ordained in 1956, he got his Mastcris in Education from X.U., and now teaches Algebm II and Trigonometry. Fr. WEINKAM - 'iqur sItS, Dum it,somcday1'm going to take a cypewriting course LEFT: Mi: Harry Mocllcr, now in his sixth year on Elderis faculty, is an Algebra I instructor. An Elder graduate in ,61, M. Mocllcr attended X.U. for a B.S. in Economics and a Masters of Education in Guidance. He has two sons and keeps prebccupied at home, but enjoys a good game of golf in his spare time. pp MR. OWENS after thc faculty fingcr wmstling contcst. ABOVE: ML Owens returned to his Alma Mater 10 years ago, and has been teaching ever since. For the past five years he has taught General Math. Prior to that, he was a Physical Education and Health instructor, which he got his BS. in from X.U. Mr. Owens is now completing his Master's in Education from X.U., and enjoys golf in his spare time. ML Wcinkam is another member of our faculty who has returned to his Alma Mater. Upon graduation from Elder, he attended X.U. for a B.S. Degree. He then went on to U.C. for his Master's in Education and MAT. Mr. Weinkam now teaches Algebra II and Trigonometry, Math Analysis, and Computer Science. In his spare time he enjoy bowling, watching sports, and reading.
