Father Strittmatter has been associated with Eider High School since 1957. Until September of 1970, Father taught Latin, English, and Classical languages. He becnmc principal for the ,70-71 school year and has becn doing an outstanding job at the post. For 1974 he is striving for an even better Elder High School. DAHLMAN i Dcar Abbyf', i i Originally from Hamilton, Ohio, Mr, Donald Dahlman is in his fourth year as Assistant Principal at Elder. Mr. Dahlman went to the University of Dayton and got his Masmris in Education from Ohio Statc University. He is in charge of academics and student and teacher schsduling, and enjoys his work.

Mr, Thomas Often is a ,64 graduate of Elder. He has been with Eideris faculty for 6 years, originally 3 Geometry teacher. This is Mr. Ottenis third year as assistant principal, dealing primarily with discipline.
