WWEM Mathematics probably affects all technical work more than any other subject. More math is used today than ever before. In these times when man is almost reduced to a statistic, we have to know how to work with numbers. Advanced students master the normal high school math in three years and take a college Calculus course in their fourth year. College Prep students take Trigonometry and Solid Geometry in their fourth year: Emphasis is placed on making the students use their talents to the fullest in order to make them move ahead at a faster pace. No one is allowed to breeze through a math course at Elder.
