H... ,-,f-Q Class Will We, the class of 1952, of the city of Elberfeld, of Warrick County, the state of Indiana, being of sound mind and body CYD, with the exception of test time, will the following things to our friends and classmates. We claim this to be our last will and testament of our well being. First, we will to our teachers the following hopes: Mr. Baker, we will the right to have a neater office next year. Blesch, we will the right to have a smarter English class Mr. next year. A 1 Mr. Cain, we will the right to have a spelling class. Mr. Kifer, the right to have a better Industrial Arts Shop. Mr. Ahrens, the right to have a better grade team. Mrs. Holtz, the right to have a modern Home Economics department. Mrs. Ketcham, the right to have a larger Glee Club. ' Second, we will to the classes: First, we will to the Freshmen the right to grow up someday. To the Sophomore class the right to beat the Seniors of 1953, in the class tourney. To the Junior class, we will the right to look like Seniors. To the cooks at dear old E. H. S., we thank you for your patience and will you the right to have the same patience with the Seniors of '53. We, the Senior boys and girls of '52, that worked so hard in making the dirt room into the paper room, will the Seniors next year the right to put out the school paper, if they are able and willing. We, the class of '52, will the following to the students: I, Ronald Oster, will my gifofessional ability to tear up a car in six months to Richard Lochmueller. I, Barbara Arendell, will my right to be President of the Sunshine Club to Sharon Poiles. I, Doris Walker, will my right to be Editor of the Annual to Eugene Wheaton. Class Poem Our studies are upg the future is bright, Our minds are full and fitg We're on our own after tonight, Let's make the best of it. The world is getting all war torn, Our boys may have to go, P But their minds are full of knowledge So they won't mind it so. If the army doesn't take them The boys will be so glad, Let's look at the class of '52 And see just what we had. First there's Clyde and Jess, Great iarmers they will beg Donald and James Anderson Will own a factory. Now probably old Jim Miller As a lawyer will be grand, And Dewey and McDaniel will Have a popcorn stand. Gerald Thene will own a newspaper, Green will be his copy boy, And I, Ronald Oster, won't amount to much, For I'm a lazy boy. Now for the Senior girls! This is what they'll do: Doris will travel around the world And so will Barbara Lou. In our class we have two housewives, Dolores Niederhaus aniSharon Trible. They will spend the re of their lives Making their husbands happy - not irritable Barbara H. will be a housewife too And have a little kid or two 5 Gyneath's ambition is to be a nurse And this is the end of this little verse.
