It is the rule of the Club to elect their officers in April at the close of the year. The officers for this year as follows: President -------- Dorothy Mae Kohlmeyer Vice President---Pearl Sellers Secretary -------- Virginia Lee Engelhardt Treasurer -------- Carolyn Besing At the first meeting the members planned a meeting for all girls in High School to get new members. A party was planned for the new members on October l. The new members were asked to wear different kinds of things and put on a program. A Formal Initiation was held at the Zion Evangelicial Church in October. A Christmas Party for December 15, was planned. All fthe Sunshine Girls drew names and exchanged gifts. After the party the girls went caroling. The Sunshine Society make their money by selling Poo Corn, Ice Cream and Candy at the Basketball games and Fall Festival. The annual party for the boy's in High School was held March 25, in the Gym. The Sunshine Society wishqmo thank Mrs. Schultz for her co-operation this past year.
