Ueicowsflsnm we-asihis . CQNTD. VIRGINIA LEE ENGELHARDT, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Engelhardt, was born August 26, 1951, in Elberfeld. ' Virginia has been active in many school activities. She was ln the Glee Club and Sunshine Society for four years. She was Vice President of the Sunshine Society during her Sophomore year and Secretary in her Junior and Senior year. In her Sophomore year she was Secretary of her Class. She took part ln the Junior and Senior plays, WNamma's Baby Eoy,V and WAunt Tillie Goes To Townn, Virginia also participated in NTop of the worm, R was Beauty Contest,N and WGeorg1a Jubilee Mlnstreln. She was a reporter for the WVoiceW and worked on the year book. She was elected Queen of the Fall Festival during her Senior year. JAMES L. HARBISON, son of gr. and Mrs. Charles Harbison, was born August 27, 1951, two and one-half miles east of Lynn- ville, Indiana. In his first year of school he attended the Buckskin grade school. In his second year he moved to New Mexico, where he attended school. He went back to Buckskin where he attended school for one half of his third year. He then moved to Lynn- ville where he finished the third grade and half of the fourth- year. He then moved to Elberfeld where he finished his elemen- tary and high school education. Jim played five years of basketball, two years in grade school, and three years in high school. He took part in the Junior play, UMamma's Baby Boyn and had a leading role in the Senior play, nAunt Tillie Goes To TownU. He was class secretary in his Freshmen year and Treasurer in his Senior year. Jim-wrote the sports for the Voice for two years and was Business Manager for the year book, Memoirs. DONALD PARKER HARRIS, son of Mr. and Mrs. Alva Harris, was born on March ll, 1951 in Boonville, Indiana. They later moved to Bucksklng Indiana where he attended school for three years.

In April of 1940 they moved to Elberfeld where Don entered the fourth grade and finished his school career. Don played two years of basketball in grade school and played on the' first five during his four years in High School. He was Co-Captain during his Senior year. In his Junior Year he was awarded the Kiwanis sportsmanship award for outstanding soortsmanship. Don was elected Vice President of his class during his Freshman, Sophomore and Senior years. He was Treasurer during his Junior year. During his Senior year, he was elected King of the Fall Festival. He took part in the Junior and Senior plays, NMamma's Baby Boyn and nAunt Tillie Goes To Townn. Don was business mana- ger of the Nvoicen and the yearbook, Memoirs. DOROTHY MAE KOHLMEYER, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Eli Kohl- meyer, was born February 28, 1951, two and one half miles north of Elberfeld. She went to Black Oak School her first two years. The school was then consolidated and she came to Elberfeld where she finished her school career. Dorothy has been active in many school activities. She was in the Glee club four years and also in the Sunshine club four years. During her Senior year she was President of the Sunshine club. She w s Vice President of her class in her Junior year. Dorothy was a rerorter for the Wvoicen and the Yearbook. She took part in the Junior and Senior plays, WMamma's Ba- by Boyn and nAunt Tillie Goes to Townu. She also participated in WThe Beauty Contestn, and HGeorgia Jubilee Minstreln. LESTER MENKE, son of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Menke, was bgfn September lO, 1931, one mile southeast of Elberfeldw Lester received all of his education at Elberfeld High School. He operated the movie projector for two years. He joined the Glee Glub during his Senior year and took part in the WGeorgia Jubilee Minstreln. He was printer for the Wvoicen and 'Yearbookn. P PATRICIA QAE RANKIN, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A, W, Rankin, was born on September 23, 1951, Outer First Avenue, igvgngvillg, Indiana.
