7 I -0- ff The Song of Life hums throughout the entire world - es- pecially in the schools, where it builds, becomes vibrant and adapts itself to the rhythm of adult life. Each facet of school represents some aspect of the song the faculty acts as the harmony, supporting and forming the songg the classes are the melody, continually moving and developing with its strength and beauty dependent upon the song 's other elements. The courses taken are some of the notes since the notes are the body of the song as learning is the basis of life, and school activities play variations on the melody - the sharps and flats that add spirit to the Song of Life.
